Storerooms

Kristiine Panila has close to 200 self storage units.
We have storeroom sizes ranging from 1,5 to 20,5m² All storerooms are clean, heated and lockable.

It is possible to rent the storerooms using fixed-or unspecified period contract, you have 24/7 access to your storeroom.

Security

Our facility is equipped with CCTV and alarm system. Only you have access to your storeroom using your personal keycard and regular key or code

Reservations

You can send a reservation request using telephone or using our homepage. We will contact you as soon as possible when you have sent the reservation request. It is possible to change the storeroom size after you have sent the request. The reservation is confirmed when we have recieved the deposit, which equals one month rental price. When there are no extra costs when you leave, you will get a full refund of the deposit when you move out.

Starting fees?

You need a padlock to lock your storeroom. You can buy the padlock from us for the price of 15€ or you can bring your own. It is also necessary to make a deposit, which will be refunded when you move out.

Fixed or unspecified period contract?

If you are unsure for how long you will need the storeroom, then it makes sense to sign the unspecified period contract. We will invoice you at the beginning of every month. You can stop the contract when you don`t need the storeroom anymore.

If you know for how long you need the storeroom, then you should think about fixed period contract. That way we can offer lower prices and can plan our space better. We will invoice you at the beginning of every month, just like using the unspecified period contract but the contract will end at the specified date.
