Contract type
TERMLESS CONTRACT - If you do not know exactly how long you will need a self-storage, it is worth entering into an termless contract. The contract can be terminated by notifying us of your wish 1 month in advance.
FIXED TERM CONTRACT - If you need space for a longer period (starting from 1 year), we recommend entering into a fixed-term contract. A fixed-term contract shall expire upon the expiry of the term of the contract.

Frequently asked questions
If you do not know exactly how long you will need a self-storage, it is worth concluding an open-ended contract. The contract can be terminated by notifying us of your wish 1 month in advance.
If you need space for an extended period, we recommend concluding a fixed-term contract.
A fixed-term contract shall expire upon the expiry of the term of the contract.
If it is known how long you need a storage room, it is worth considering a fixed-term contract. This way, we can offer you a more affordable monthly payment because we know better how to plan the use of our space.
Upon entry into the contract, the first invoice shall be paid immediately either by bank card or bank transfer. The first invoice shall be submitted for a period from the date of delivery to the end of the month concerned, plus a deposit equal to one month’s rent.
The following invoices are presented as prepayment invoices for the entire month by the 3 rd date of each month.
Panila’s self-storage is open to customers 24/7.
You’ll need a padlock to lock the self-storage. You can buy it from us for EUR 15 or use a personal padlock.

Before renting a self-storage, you can check out our self-storage on-site. Please contact our friendly customer service. Customer service helps you find the right location and the right size for your small store.
You can book a self-storage on the website www.panila.ee or on-site. When booking through the website, we will contact you as soon as possible and prepare a lease agreement for signing.
You can enter into a lease contract by filling in the booking form on the website or by coming to our office. When filling in the booking form, select the appropriate location, room size and contract type. After receiving the necessary information, we prepare the lease contract for digital signing.
Upon conclusion of the contract, a deposit equal to one month’s rent shall be paid. The deposit shall be returned in full after the termination of the contract in the absence of additional expenses.
